The Fountain Hills Town Center is a committee of local volunteers partnered with the Town of Fountain Hills and other organizations with the goal of realizing the dream of a vibrant Town Center. Because the success of our town depends on the success of all businesses in Fountain Hills, we invite all businesses to participate. The Fountain Hills Town Center's plan is the utilize the Main Street approach.

The Main Street approach is about looking at an area as a cohesive entity, regardless of geography. The approach is 30 plus years old and finds its success by looking at an area holistically combining activities in four intersecting areas:

• PROMOTION & MARKETING to strengthen the areas image and attract customers
• DESIGN & PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENTS to enhance the areas attractiveness
• ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT to create a strong volunteer-driven organization that engages all major concerned parties in planning and executing commercial district revitalization
• ECONOMIC RESTRUCTURING to identify the areas economic potential, build on existing assets, and attract new business and capital

Main Street has found that a community’s center is more than an economic asset; it is also a place that evokes strong emotions and helps define the community’s identity. Therefore, it focuses on including everyone in the defined geographic area as well as any other interested community stakeholder(s)

The Fountain Hills Town Center commitee meets every Tuesday at 7:30 AM at the Community Center.
